The McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houstons Department of Neurology is seeking an experienced General Neurologist Assistant Professor for our Southwest location .
The successful candidate will participate in outpatient clinical care, research and educational programs within the Department of Neurology.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Clinical responsibilities would include up to five days of clinic a week. Teaching opportunities are available. The position is affiliated with the McGovern Medical school, the 6th largest medical school in the nation, a robust Neurology residency program (with a recent expansion to 10 positions a year).
Candidates must be graduates of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency and should be Board Eligible or Board Certified by the ABPN and be licensed in the state of Texas (or eligible to be licensed).
