Position Summary:

Assists principle investigator with study enrollment.

Position Key Accountabilities:

  1. Prepares IRB documents and assists with answering IRB Committee questions, under the guidance of the PI, for final approval. Documents approval of IRB and contract(s).

  2. Completes all study forms, study protocols, informed consent and others as needed by agency.

  3. Schedules and coordinates pre-site visits, and coordinates study intiation.

  4. Enroll patients, after being identified by PI or participating doctor, and monitors progress according to the study reguations and protocols.

  5. Works with PI on investigator initiated trial.

  6. Other duties as assigned.


Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience in lieu of degree.

Minimum Experience:

1 year of applicable experience and have an interest in learning about brain tumor research is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.

This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents.
