Part-time position.,Under close direction of research staff, conducts activities to support research projects.

Part time/Casual status, less than 15 hours/week
POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The employee in this position will be working in a setting that involves exposure to:
Patients in a clinical setting. Research subjects with face to face interviews or interventions .
Conducts various face-to-face assessments in a clinical setting involved in research.
Conducts various face-to-face assessments in a medical-legal partnership involved in research.
Travels to clinical sites within the Houston metropolitan area to collect data and communicate with clinic staff.
Collects research and clinical data in accordance with requested method.
Collects and duplicates reference material.
Interacts with research participants in Spanish and English via phone, text or in-person.
Interacts and communicates with other research personnel via phone, email, or in-person
Performs other duties as assigned.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
General knowledge of research fields.
degree in one of the basic sciences or relevant experience in lieu of education
necessary. Previous clinical researchexperience is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
Exerts up to 20
pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds occasionally and /or
negligible amount constantly to move objects.
