Candidate will scan patient charts onto digital computer file. The patient charts will need to be checked for de-identification.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Check charts for de-identification.
Scan charts to digital computer file.
Maintainsoffice supplies and equipment.
Screenscalls and receives and directs visitors.
Handlesbasic, noncomplex inquiries.
Mayadvise on basic policy and processes as assigned by supervisor

Individuals must be a minimum age of 16 years.High school preferred
Minimum Experience: None required
Physical Requirements: Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
